From Seeds to Harvest Youth Foundation's, sole philosophy is to develop the whole child by promoting social acceptance, emotional health, intellectual ability, and physical health. These needs are met through a fun and innovative program, which provides students with opportunities regarding individual choice, group participation, skill development, and recreational activities all within a safe, fun, social, enrichment, and educational environment. Using our voice with a simple message of “We dare to care” for students and “We wage to engage” in our community.
Our Mission
The mission statement bound by From Seeds to Harvest Youth Foundation is to spearhead a growing movement of community leaders laboring to plant, cultivate, and harvest; lifelong academic proficiency, for at-risk students attending low performing schools in the Greater Atlanta areas.
Our History
From Seeds to Harvest Youth Foundation, Inc. (FSTH) was founded by Ms. Queala Fitzgerald in July 2017, out of her growing concern for improving the educational journeys of at-risk students attending Title I schools. From Seeds to Harvest Youth Foundation may not be “in the classroom” every day with the students, we feel that community involvement is imperative to support our youth and the community. Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
